DT COVID Statement

While the world adjusts to the enormous impact COVID has caused, DebtTrader remains steadfast in our commitment to the health and wellbeing of our employees, clients, and community. We continue to follow federal, state, and local guidelines recommended by the CDC and health officials. This includes:

  • Suspending all business travel and trade show/event participation
  • Restricting access to our headquarters in Las Vegas
  • Enabling work from home for all employees
  • Ensuring employees follow protocol when experiencing symptoms of illness
  • Encouraging social distancing & healthy handwashing habits

Like everyone else, we are closely monitoring all daily developments related to COVID-19, and have made, and will continue to make, adjustments to our operations as needed to ensure the health of our customers and employees. We want you to feel confident in your engagement with DebtTrader and our team of professionals. Now, more than ever, it’s critical that we make it possible to continue your operations and help you respond to any unique demands you may be facing.

We want to take a moment to personally thank our community for their continued support and cooperation as we all navigate through this unprecedented period. We also can’t extend enough gratitude to our frontline and essential workers during this global effort. We are indebted to the heroic first responders and those not in the spotlight; teachers, childcare and eldercare providers, grocery store workers, linemen, bus drivers, and public servants who give every ounce of their spirit to help the world feel a little normal. We are continually inspired by the determination of the human spirit during this time.

We will provide additional updates as the situation warrants.

We wish good health and safety to all of our partners, employees, and families.
